This training is a continuation and deepening of the Lean Management Production System. In this week, we dig deeper into how leadership’s actions and behaviours drives continuous improvement.
To read about Toyota Kata or Lean Leadership is one thing – to learn how the managers and leaders from the shop floor, support functions to the top mgmt work dailywise is something completely different! Many companies work with the tools in Lean, but few have managed to develop a Lean leadership that truly drives improvements and developments in a Lean way.
The keyword this week is HOW. How do the leaders and managers prioritize? How do you get the whole organization to strive for the same goal? How does “management of people, quality, cost and delivery” work in practice?
For 2018 we offer the following open tours:
W. 22 (May 26-June 3) and w. 48 (November 24-December 2)
Get ready for a week of thorough learning and insights that no books can ever provide you with! Our senseis will give you knowledge based entirely on practical experience.
